We purchased house a land through Crystele homes mid-late last year.

From the first interaction at the display homes in menangle with Elie to the meetings with Hayley, the colour appointments with Rebecca and the building with Victor it was so clear to see we made a great choice.

Every person was so transparent, knowledgeable and supportive. I was honestly waiting for the catch but it never came.

Rebecca was amazing at guiding us through our choices, I was a bit nervous about this part not fully having a vision and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. with the help of Rebecca we curated my dream home and I couldn’t be happier.

Victor was incredible, always keeping us up to date on what’s going on, his weekly emails were more than we could have asked for, we had updates before we even thought to ask for any which gave us so much peace of mind. He was super on top of our build and made sure anything that needed to be communicated was done so asap, we couldn’t be happier with how our home has turned out and cannot recommend Crystele Homes and the team more if we tried.

Building a home is definitely not an easy process, and as first home builders, we learned a lot along the way. There were some issues during our build where we felt certain details could have been communicated better, and at times we had to follow up ourselves regarding approvals such as CDC, Section 68, and other processes. However, overall, we are genuinely happy with our experience with Crystele Homes and we absolutely love our new home.

One thing we truly appreciated throughout this journey was the support from Lester and Umesh from the sales team. They were amazing from the beginning and always gave us genuine advice and support throughout the process. As first home builders, there were many things we did not understand, but they were always approachable, patient, and willing to guide us in the right direction.

We would also like to sincerely thank Christy, Rebecca, and Maria for their support throughout the journey. Their communication and willingness to help made the process much smoother for us.
We also want to thank Paul, who personally contacted me and reassured me during a period where there were some misunderstandings with Crystele Homes. His communication and reassurance were genuinely appreciated.

Our house is now complete and we have moved in, although there are still a few maintenance items to be attended to. Our lovely site supervisor Victor has honestly been one of the best parts of this journey. He always made us feel valued and listened to, and showed us how to properly report items for maintenance. Victor consistently reassured us that Crystele Homes would continue to support and advise us whenever needed, which gave us a lot of confidence and comfort as first home builders.
During construction, we unfortunately experienced a water leakage issue, which was very stressful at the time. However, Victor reassured us that the affected system was rebuilt properly without shortcuts, which genuinely gave us peace of mind. Crystele Homes also offered compensation towards the increased bills caused during that period, which we appreciate and are currently awaiting.

A few areas where we feel improvements could be made:
The bathroom vanity shelf heights done by Vision Joinery are quite low, making it difficult to store cleaning products upright. Thankfully, Victor has offered to help us sort this out, and we have also reported it to Vision Joinery.
The kitchen microwave provision shelves did not fit our microwave, as we were never asked about sizing requirements.
The walk-in robe in the master bedroom was built much lower than expected, and we were not informed about the standard robe height beforehand.
There were also some grout line finishing issues with the tiles, although Victor has been assisting us with this as well.

For anyone building with Crystele Homes, or building for the first time in general, my advice would be to ask detailed questions about storage heights, shelf sizing, and functionality early in the process. Small details can make a big difference later. I must say their inclusions are top-notch despite a few minor drawbacks.

Overall, despite a few issues, we are grateful for the beautiful home Crystele Homes delivered for us. I would definitely consider building with them again now that we know what details to check more carefully.

We had a great experience with Crystal Homes. Communication was excellent throughout the entire build process — clear, timely, and transparent at every stage. The house was built quicker than we expected, without any hidden surprises or costs. A special mention to Nathan, the site supervisor, who was very professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the build. The whole process felt smooth and well-managed.
