KDR Terms

The customer acknowledges that he/she will need to comply with these terms and conditions in order to receive the $10,000 cashback and $5,000 studio spend as specified in this document. The customer must enter into a building contract and complete construction of a single or double storey dwelling for a “knockdown/rebuild” project type with Crystele Homes. Offer commences 1st March 2022 and expires 31st May 2022. The offer is only available to new clients with a Tender dated after 1st March 2022 and who place an $18,500 tender acceptance deposit and sign their presented tender within 14 days from the presentation date.

NOTE: The $10,000 cashback can be applied as a credit toward the cost of any other item in the contract or build cost. If the customer elects to claim the $10,000 cashback in cash in lieu of crediting it towards the build cost, the funds will be paid to the customer once the practical completion progress claim has been paid in full and settlement/handover is completed.

If all or any part of the $5,000 studio spend is not used entirely toward the cost of approved upgrades within the Crystele colour studio, it cannot be redeemed for cash or credit toward the base price of the home.

Crystele Homes reserves the right to amend items, specifications and/or suppliers within the colour studio without notice. Items may not be substituted, exchanged or credited. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. If a customer elects to include other promotions from the current “Classic Collection”, the $10,000 cashback and $5,000 studio spend will be deleted from their package.

Crystele Homes reserve the right to revise, update or change prices without prior notice or obligation. Crystele Homes reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
